8. Shipping, Delivery, and Cold Chain Requirements
We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.
Caviar is a temperature-sensitive product and must be handled with care. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that products are packed, stored, and delivered in appropriate conditions.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by traffic, weather, logistics delays, customer availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that someone is available to receive the order at the agreed delivery location and time.
Once the product is delivered, the customer is responsible for proper storage, refrigeration, handling, and consumption in accordance with food safety requirements and product instructions.
9. Import, Export, and Regulatory Compliance
Customers, distributors, and business partners are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to food safety regulations, customs requirements, labeling requirements, permits, sanctions, and product restrictions.
Certain products, including caviar, may be subject to specific regulatory controls, certification requirements, customs documentation, health certificates, or trade restrictions.
We may refuse or cancel any transaction if we believe it may violate applicable laws, trade restrictions, sanctions, customs rules, or regulatory requirements.
10. Storage and Handling After Delivery
Once products are delivered or collected, the customer is responsible for proper storage, handling, refrigeration, preparation, and consumption in accordance with product instructions, food safety standards, and applicable law.
International Caviar House DWC-LLC is not responsible for product deterioration, quality issues, spoilage, or damage caused by improper handling, delayed collection, incorrect storage, broken cold chain after delivery, or misuse of the product.
11. Returns, Refunds, and Claims
Due to the perishable nature of caviar, returns are generally not accepted unless required by applicable law or expressly approved by International Caviar House DWC-LLC.
Refunds may be considered only after inspection of the product and review of the relevant order details. Customers must provide supporting evidence, including photographs, order information, delivery details, and any other information reasonably requested by us.
We reserve the right to reject refund requests where the product has been improperly stored, mishandled, opened, consumed, delayed after delivery, exposed to unsuitable temperatures, or otherwise affected by circumstances beyond our control.
If a refund request is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
